Cancel / Delete your apple app or google play app account
Cancel your Subscription. The Elf Chronicles App. This procedure will allow you to delete your account and all the data permanently.
Deleting within the application (swiftest):
Sign in to your account, visit Settings → Account → Delete Account, and tap the instructions provided on the screen.
Request through Support:
You can also request the app via our Help Center in case you are unable to access the app. Do not forget to use the same email address that is connected to your account so that we can be able to verify it.
Processing time:
The requests to delete the accounts can take several days. An email will be sent to you stating that your account has been permanently deleted.
What gets deleted:
All profile data, preferences, progress saved and other account-related data will be deleted.
Important:
Deletion is permanent. When you are done, you will automatically be signed out and no amount of data can be retrieved.
